How to View CRM Notes ？

To view the previous notes in CRM, you need to perform a batch import of notes from mobile app.

Website

Simple Gmail Notes

1. Install Simple Gmail Notes

2. Open an email in www.gmail.com

3. The note will display in email list page

4. Click email detail

5. Note will appear in the email too

6. Click “Sync” icon

7. The note is displaying in the opportunity detail

To view the previous notes in CRM, you need to perform a batch import of notes from mobile app.

Mobile App

1. Install Simple Mobile CRM app

2. Click the “+” sign in Note tab, and import Gmail notes from the computer to Simple Mobile CRM.

You could view the notes in three places:

a. Opportunity list tab – it would show the latest note for each opportunity

b. Note list tab – it should the list of notes

c. History tab – it should the note related actions of you and your team members

Gmail Add-on

Desktop Gmail.com:

1. Install Gmail add-on

2. Open www.gmail.com website

3. Open any email

4. Related note will be displayed in the sidebar

Gmail Mobile App:

1. Install Gmail add-on

2. Open any email

3. Related note will be displayed in the text input

1. Go to https://www.simplemobilecrm.com

2. Click ‘Member Login’ in the menu

3. Alternatively, Click the ‘Sign up / Login’ button

4. Login with your Gmail account

The notes for all platforms are linked up, you could always write a note in one platform, and read it from another platform.
