How to Start Simple Mobile CRM?

Simple Gmail Notes

1. Install one of browser extensions of Simple Gmail Notes

Chrome Extension

Firefox Add-on

Edge Add-on

2. Open any email in Gmail, click ‘login’ to log into Simple Gmail Notes;

     Then click ‘Sync’ icon.

3. Sign in Simple Mobile CRM

Mobile App

1. Install mobile app of ‘Simple Mobile CRM’ from App Store or Google Play Store

Hint: you could also scan the

QR code for the app download.

2. login to the app using your Gmail account

Gmail Add-on

Gmail Add-on on Desktop Browser: 

1. Open, open any email.

2. Click the add-on sidebar, search ‘Simple Mobile CRM’ from G Suite marketplace, and click ‘Install’.

Alternatively, you may directly install from G Suite Marketplace:

3. Click the CRM icon (with orange S), and sign into CRM.

Gmail Add-on on Gmail App:

1. Install Gmail Add-on from desktop browser first (see above)

2. open the official Gmail mobile app in mobile device

3. click into any email

4. click the CRM icon at the bottom of email


2. Click 'Continue with google' button

3. Here you could view the notes of yours and team members, and write new comments.

The notes for all platforms are linked up, you could always write a note in one platform, and read it from another platform.
