How to use Simple Mobile CRM 
1. Add a note to email: enter email tab → click an email → start writing.
2. You can change  background color of individual CRM notes.
3. View the CRM notes in desktop Gmail: login CRM in Simple Gmail Notes → open the same email. (Learn More)
4. In case you got a bunch of legacy notes from Simple Gmail Notes, you could import them into the CRM app.
5. Comments in CRM and Simple Gmail Notes are synced as well.
6. Some users only need to write the notes, and don't need opportunity related features. It could be set up in the pref mode page.
