Automatically poll new notes from SGN,
when mobile app is logged in
1. To enable automatic synchronization of Gmail notes, you can check this option in the CRM settings page.
(This feature is available to subscribers only.)
2. In the next screen, log in to your Google account.
3. After set up is done, the new SGN notes will be automatically imported whenever you started the mobile CRM app.
Automatic Sync to Gmail App for Your Gmail Notes is Here!
1. Please log in to Simple Mobile CRM and access the settings for "Automatically poll new notes from SGN when mobile app is logged in" to enable automatic syncing of notes to the Gmail App.
2. Next, open the Gmail App, go to the details of an email, scroll to the bottom of the interface, and click on the Simple Mobile CRM add-on icon to view the notes written on the computer.
Initiate Automatic Note Sync on Mobile
1. Note tab => Click 'Import notes from Simple Gmail Notes' => Sign in with your Gmail account
2. Click the checkbox to activate automatic sync
To achieve real-time synchronization between mobile and desktop notes, it is essential to log in to Simple Mobile CRM within the Extension.
Click 'sync to CRM' icon to login Simple Mobile CRM.
