Automatically poll new notes from SGN,
when mobile app is logged in
1. To enable automatic synchronization of Gmail notes, you can check this option in the CRM settings page.
(This feature is available to subscribers only.)
2. In the next screen, log in to your Google account.
3. After set up is done, the new SGN notes will be automatically imported whenever you started the mobile CRM app.
Alternatively, you can set up automatic import of SGN on your CRM mobile app directly
1. In the notes tab, click the "+" icon, then click "Import from Simple Gmail Notes".
Log in with your Google account.
2. Check the option "Automatically poll new notes from SGN when the mobile app is logged in," click "Start."
In future, the app will automatically import SGN notes every time you started the CRM app.
