How to view SGN notes in official Gmail App (via Simple Mobile CRM Gmail Addon)
For CRM subscribers could view the SGN notes in the Gmail App directly, using the Simple Mobile CRM Gmail Addon.
Step 1
Log in to Simple Mobile CRM desktop, open settings pages, check the option of "CRM Autosync - Pull notes from SGN into CRM when the CRM mobile app / Gmail addon is opened".
Step 2
Install and login Simple Mobile CRM via Gmail Desktop website:
Step 3
Restart the official iOS / Adnroid Gmail app, and open any email, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and click on the Simple Mobile CRM add-on icon to view the SGN note.
Please note that in this case the note is also automatically imported into Simple Mobile CRM.
Step 4
If you updated notes in the Gmail app, and want to see the update in your Gmail website, simply sign into CRM from the SGN toolbar.
If you want to see which emails have notes in the Gmail app list, you can integrate with Zapier to automatically add a label to emails that have notes.
Caution:
Due to Gmail Addon built-in limitations, you may note see the addon bar if the email is a sent email or promotional email. And the SGN note will not be visible in the email list of Gmail App.
