After you invite a team member, you can mention team members in the notes.
After mentioning a team in the notes, the mentioned members will receive an email notification. If they have downloaded the Simple Mobile CRM app, they will also receive a push notification on their phone from the CRM app informing them that a member has mentioned them.
When you mention a team member in a comment, the mentioned member can also receive an email notification.
Click '@ team member' to enter team member page.
You can also mention your team members and share the file with team members.
The app can also add mentioned items in notes and comments.
In the settings page, you can configure the notification preferences for mentions.
