What is contact follow?
You could change a contact of email to 'followed' status, by clicking the '+ Follow' link in website and mobile app.
If a contact is in 'followed' status, it means all future note and emails with same contact will be automatically linked to the same project, unless you manually select the project.
You can click 'followed' button to cancel the follow.
How to link the same contact to multiple projects
Sometimes one may want to link same contact to multiple project.
When composing the email, just insert a special email address of <your email>+<anything>+crm@<domain> to CC or BCC field.
E.g. if your email is [email protected], then you could use email address like:
etc..
This is a special email address and is always prioritized during the note - project linkage.
If you find the current project linkage incorrect, you could change the project by clicking the 'More' link in email section of SGN sidebar.
Then click 'Change Project' icon
You could change the project here, as well as the contact follow status.
