How to set up followed contacts?
When you are sync the email of CRM, a contact is automatically followed.
In the CRM popup, click on the note to enter the details page, where you can see the contactsfrom emails. Click '+follow' to add extra followed contacts to the project.
In the future, all emails from this contact, will automatically be entered into this project.
In the CRM mobile app, you can see all followed contacts' emails in the 'Followed' section within the Gmail tab.
When you want to move a followed contact to another project
On the sidebar, click 'Change Project', select or create the desired project, check the contacts you want to associate, and then both the note and contact will be added to the selected or created project.
When the project is completed and you no longer want the contact's emails to enter this project
Click 'Followed', and you can unlink the contact, so that future notes for this contact will go into the Default Project.
