Simple Mobile CRM Team Collaboration (Without Delegated Account)
Requirement
  • Individual Subscriptions: Each team member requires a Basic or Plus subscription.
  • Team Professional Plan: If the Team Owner has a Professional Subscription, up to 15 team members automatically receive Basic features.
Setup Steps
1.  Subscription: The Team Owner subscribes to a CRM plan.
2.  Invitation: The Team Owner invites users to join the team.
3.  Configuration: The Team Owner configures the following on their setup page:
4.  Import (Optional): The Team Owner can import existing notes into the CRM via the settings page.
5.   Acceptance & Permissions: Team members must accept the email invitation and set their permissions.
  • Full Sharing: Enable "Note Sharing" to share everything with the team.
  • Selective Sharing: If "Note Sharing" is off, you can still share specific notes by @mentioning a team member.
6.  Login: Team members sign into SGN and the CRM using their own account credentials.
Once setup is complete:

1.  Visibility: Team members can see the Team Owner's SGN notes (based on sharing settings).
2.  Syncing: Notes written by team members are visible to the Team Owner.
3.  Reciprocity: Notes written by the Team Owner are visible to the team.
4.  Interaction: The Team Owner and members can leave Comments for each other.
