Simple Gmail Notes x Simple Mobile CRM (free users)
1. Users can use the Simple Mobile CRM app to view the notes on mobile phones. download the mobile app here
2. To send the notes to a mobile phone, click the 'sync' button in Simple Gmail Notes.
3. After the 'sync' button is clicked, the user can see the note on mobile phone.
To view previous SGN notes on a mobile phone, use the import function in the CRM app.
*Notes before June 2024 display email summaries only. Resubmit notes for full email access.
To write a note on a mobile phone, go to the email tab in the mobile app.
To automatically sync new notes from Simple Gmail Notes to the CRM app, check the option for 'auto sync' on the CRM settings page. Learn More
If you want to disconnect SGN and CRM, simply log out of CRM from the browser. Learn More
