How to View Simple Gmail Notes on Mobile

2. View Notes via Simple Mobile CRM
You can also manage, view, and write notes using the standalone Simple Mobile CRM app.
Step 1: Download the CRM mobile app.
Step 2: Click the 'Sync to CRM' icon of the Simple Gmail Notes toolbar to log in to Simple Mobile CRM.
Syncing Your Notes (Paid vs. Free)
For Paid Users: Fully Automated Sync
1. Navigate to your CRM settings and enable the auto-import feature.
2. Once enabled, every time the CRM mobile app is opened, your notes will be automatically imported.
For Free Users: Automatically Send New Notes
1. When the 'Automatically send notes to CRM when they are written in SGN.' option is enabled on the settings page, new notes will automatically sync to the mobile app.
2. The user can then see the synced note on their mobile phone.
3. To view previous SGN notes on your mobile device, use the import function located within the CRM app. [Learn More]

To write a new note directly from a mobile phone, navigate to the email tab inside the CRM mobile app.
