How to use the default project?
Go to the settings interface and set the option value to 'Add the email to the default project.'
In future, when an email has a note added, but cannot find a previous project, then the default project will be used to hold the note. Learn More
If you want to move the note out of default project, just need click the 'Change Project' in the sidebar.
In the 'Change Project' page, you can move the notes to an existing project or create a new project for the note.
If you select the contact(s), all future notes related to these contact(s) will be automatically synced to selected project.
If you don't select any contact, only the note will be moved to selected project. Future notes related to that contact will still go to the default project.
