Simple Mobile CRM Team Collaboration (With Delegated Account)
Requirement
CRM teamwork is a premium feature. To use it:
  • Individual Subscriptions: Each team member must have an active Basic or Plus subscription.
  • Team Professional Plan: Alternatively, if the Team Owner has a Professional Subscription, up to 15 team members automatically receive Basic paid features at no extra cost to them.
Terminology
When using a Gmail delegated account, we use the following terms:
  • Gmail Delegator: The account owner who shares their email access (usually the Team Owner).
  • Gmail Delegate: The users who have been granted access to the shared resources.
Setup Steps
1. Subscription: The Gmail Delegator (Team Owner) subscribes to a CRM plan.
2. Invitation: The Gmail Delegator invites the Gmail Delegates to join the team.
3. Configuration: The Gmail Delegator configures the following on their setup page:
4.  Import (Optional): The Gmail Delegator can import existing notes into the CRM via the settings page.
5.  Acceptance: Gmail Delegates must check their invitation email, accept it, and configure their permissions.
Note: We recommend enabling Note Sharing for seamless collaboration.
6. Login: Gmail Delegates sign into SGN and the CRM using their own account credentials (not the delegator's).
Final Result
Once setup is complete:
1.  Visibility: All Gmail Delegates can view the Gmail Delegator’s SGN notes.
2.  Syncing: When a Delegate writes a note in SGN, it is visible to the Delegator.
3.  Reciprocity: When the Delegator writes a note, it is visible to all Delegates.
4.  Interaction: Both Delegator and Delegates can leave Comments for each other.
